Shareholders are asked to provide either their Election and Subscription Form (if they wish to participate in the Ellerston Unit Offer) or the KYC Information Form (if they do not wish to participate in the Ellerston Unit Offer). These forms must be received by the respective Cut-Off Dates. As an alternative to returning the completed forms by email or post, both the Election and Subscription Form and the KYC Information Form can be completed online.
